You attend sessions and pay only your copay. We handle all billing and claim submission to Aetna on your behalf, no paperwork on your end.
As an in-network provider, Aetna reimburses us at the contracted rate. Your only responsibility is the copay or coinsurance set by your plan.
GN Counseling & Wellness therapists are licensed and in-network with Optum and UHC in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Virtual sessions are covered at your in-network rate in all three states, you don't need to be in NYC to use your benefits.
The key requirement is that you're physically located in a state where your therapist is licensed when sessions take place. All GN Counseling & Wellness therapists are credentialed in all three states.
GN Counseling & Wellness is also in-network with Optum, United Healthcare, Anthem BCBS, Oxford, and Oscar Health. If your plan isn't on the list, we submit out-of-network claims on your behalf, most PPO plans reimburse 50–80% of session costs.
